one on one Private Coaching

Each athlete will undergo a thorough physical screening process before undergoing an individualized exercise program. The longevity of the training program will be dependent on the mentioned goals of the athlete or team.

Small Group Training

In a small group, each athletes will go through well coached exercise selection, nutritional habits, recovery modalities, as well as team building activities in order to create a positive community within all participants.

Online Coaching

Each remote athlete will still go through an elaborate, research based questionnaire aimed to better understand how to properly tailor each workout program to the individual. Weekly check-ins will be mandatory with the coach. Exercise programs will be delivered to the athlete through a world-class strength and conditioning app proven to be efficient and easy to use.
